Seek Now, Inc.

Did you work as a home inspector for Seek Now? You may be owed wages.

Our firm, along with the law firm of Barkan Meizlish Derose Cox, LLP, filed a collective action lawsuit in Kentucky federal court under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) on behalf of all current and former individuals who worked for Seek Now, Inc. at any time since July 23, 2022, as a home inspector and was paid as a contractor as opposed to an employee. The lawsuit alleges that Seek Now, Inc. misclassified its home inspectors as “independent contractors.” As a result of this misclassification, we allege these home inspectors have been denied the rights and protections afforded to individuals under federal law, including overtime pay, employer-provided workers’ compensation coverage, and unemployment insurance benefits.
