Our firm, along with Garmer & Prather, PLLC, represents supervisors in a class action lawsuit against Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. seeking to recover overtime pay under Kentucky state law. The case is currently pending before the Kentucky Supreme Court. The Court heard oral arguments on December 10, 2025.
