We currently represent servers who have worked for Tony’s Steaks & Seafood restaurant in Kentucky at any time from October 21, 2022, to the present in a class and collective action in federal court in Kentucky. The lawsuit seeks to recover wages owed to servers who are paid an hourly wage below the federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour, plus customer tips, and are required to share a portion of their customer tips with a service (or server) bartender who does not interact with customers.
