Our law firm, along with Foty Law Group, P.C., filed a collective action lawsuit in federal court in Texas against Babe’s Old Fashioned Foods, Inc. and a number of other Defendants.

The lawsuit is on behalf of hourly-paid, non-management employees who worked for the Milano on Wurzbach restaurant or another one of Babe’s Old Fashioned Food restaurants at any time since January 23, 2023.

The lawsuit alleges, among other violations, that certain hourly employees, like servers, bartenders, bussers, cooks, and dishwashers, were not paid for all the hours they worked, including all the overtime hours worked over forty (40) hours in a workweek.
