$2M Settlement for Jonathan’s Grille & The Rutledge Workers
We have recovered over $2 million in collective action settlements under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) on behalf of hundreds of servers, bartenders, and other tipped employees who worked at a Jonathan’s Grille or The Rutledge restaurant in Tennessee for their claims that they were required to participate in an unlawful tip share with dishwashers and not paid proper minimum and overtime wages under the law.
